How much does it cost for shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping of $14.95 on all orders. This covers Express Post and Same Day Delivery (for Greater Sydney only).

What shipping options do you offer?

For Greater Sydney we offer:
- Same Day Delivery Mon - Fri on orders placed before 2pm AEST.

For Australia Wide (excluding Greater Sydney) we offer:
- Express Post shipping with same day dispatch for all orders placed before 1pm AEST Mon - Fri.

What time will my gift arrive?

We cannot provide a specific delivery time for your orders. If it is being delivered by Express Post then it will typically arrive between 9am - 6pm. If it is Same Day delivery then it will typically be delivered between 9am - 8pm AEST.

What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?

We understand mistakes can happen, but we ask that you triple check your delivery address and include all relevant details including unit numbers, business names and hospital wards etc. If your item is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, an additional delivery charge of $14.95 will apply to redirect/redeliver the gift and may also cause a delay in delivery.

Can I book a delivery for Same Day or a specific future date?

Yes you can. However, these delivery options are limited to Greater Sydney at this stage, with an order deadline of 2pm AEST (Mon - Fri). This service is only available Mon - Fri.

Do you deliver on the weekends?

Not at this stage.

Does my recipient need to be home to receive the gift?

For Same Day deliveries in Greater Sydney we recommend checking that someone be available at the address of your recipient to accept the delivery. This will ensure they get the full experience of their gift. However If no one is home, our Courier will leave the parcel at the premises but only if they think it safe to do so. If our Courier does not believe it is safe enough to leave the gift may be taken back to the Courier depot and a calling card left at the premises for your recipient to arrange redelivery or pick up. This may incur a fee.

Can I purchase Gifti products in store?

We don't have a store front, but our online store is open 24/7.

My Discount Code isn't working, what should I do?

Email us at support@gifti.com.au and we'll help you out.

What is the deadline to place an order?

For Express Post orders please place your order by 1pm AEST Mon - Fri to ensure same day dispatch, all orders placed after 1pm AEST Mon - Fri will dispatch the following business day.

For Same Day services, delivery is limited to Greater Sydney with a deadline of 2pm AEST Mon - Fri.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after I have placed it?

If you contact us before your order has been dispatched we will be able to cancel and refund your order less any postage charge that we may have incurred if your order was already booked for shipping. If you contact us after your order has been dispatched we will not be able to cancel your order.

What if my goods are damaged during delivery?

If your item has been damaged in transit please review our Refunds & Exchanges Policy here or contact us via email at support@gifti.com.au and we will work with you to review the situation.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will not be given for late or early delivery as we are unable to 100% guarantee our delivery times. For more information, please visit our Refunds & Exchanges Policy here.

Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver overseas.
