DELIVERY INFO
Gifti offers two delivery options depending on where you are delivering to.
Greater Sydney Area:
- Specific Date Delivery (Including Same Day Delivery).
- Orders must be placed before 2pm AEDT (Mon-Fri) for Same Day Delivery
- This service has a flat rate of $14.95
- Currently we do not offer Same Day Delivery Saturdays & Sundays.
Australia Wide (Excluding Greater Sydney Area):
- Express Post delivery.
- We use Australia Post to facilitate this service.
- All orders placed before 1pm Mon - Fri will dispatch the same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm Mon - Fri will dispatch the following business day.
- This service has a flat rate of $14.95
Express Post delivery
- A flat rate delivery fee of $14.95 applies.
- Whilst we do everything in our power to have items delivered within the estimated delivery timelines, Express Post is facilitated by Australia Post, and is therefore not 100% in our control and delays to the estimated delivery windows may occur.
- If you haven't received your delivery and it is outside the estimated delivery timelines please contact us at support@gifti.com.au or 1300 917 241 so we can look into this further for you.
- With Express Delivery we guarantee that your order will leave our warehouse the same day when placed on a business day, before 1pm AEDT or the next business day if placed after 1pm AEDT.
- For Express Post Deliveries you can track your delivery from the link provided on your delivery notification email.
Specific Date Delivery (Including Same Day Delivery)
For orders placed with Specific Date Delivery (Including Same Day Delivery) please note the below:
- This service is available to selected Greater Sydney areas only and incurs a delivery fee of $14.95. This service is only available Mon - Fri (service not available on Public Holidays) and orders for this service must be placed by 2pm AEDT Mon - Fri.
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday typically between 9am - 8pm on the day selected.
- Unfortunately we can not accommodate requests for specific time deliveries. We are unable to prioritise any delivery addresses under any circumstances.
- This service cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery Redirection
For Express Post delivery:- If your order needs to be re-directed to a different address than the one provided, a fee of $14.95 applies unless you contact us at support@gifti.com.au or 1300 917 241 before the order has been fulfilled.
- Re-Direction can result in a delay of approximately 1-2 business days.
Specific Date Delivery (Including Same Day Delivery):
- If your order needs to be re-directed to a different address than the one provided, this can be done through us by contacting us at support@gifti.com.au or 1300 917 241 or directly with the driver once the delivery tracking service has been communicated.
- Redirection is not possible once the order has been delivered.
Delivery Days & Hours
Specific Date Delivery (Including Same Day Delivery):
- We only deliver Mon-Fri.
- Please note the order cut-off time for same day delivery is 2pm AEDT Mon-Fri.
- Our delivery hours are between 9am and 8pm. Please note we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
Express Post Delivery:
- This service is managed by Australia Post. They typically delivery Mon-Fri, however may also deliver on Saturdays during peak periods.
Undeliverable Packages
Gifts may be returned to us if the courier is not able to deliver your order, or the order isn't retrieved from the Post Office. If your gift is returned to us we will contact you, the sender to organise alternate delivery options. Please note that a redelivery costs of $14.95 applies. If we are unable to make contact with you, and receive no instruction from you within 10 days, your order will be cancelled, and no refund applies.
Units and Buildings With Security Entrances
Our delivery partners may face problems with delivering goods to units and buildings with security entrances which can result in gifts arriving late, going missing, or being returned to us. We ask that if you are delivering a gift to a unit or building with security entrances that you request that the recipient be available on the day to receive the gift. If our delivery partner cannot gain access to the building to leave the gift in a safe place the gift will be deemed ‘undeliverable’ and either be re-directed to a local post office for collection by the intended recipient or returned to to us.
If the item(s) is returned to us then we will contact you to arrange an alternative address for redelivery. Please note a redelivery fee of $14.95 will be applicable.
If the item(s) are re-directed to a local post office, a courier card will be left at the original delivery address to inform the recipient where to collect the gift.
Authority To Leave
If the delivery recipient is not home or at the delivery address upon delivery, where appropriate, our courier provider will leave the package in a safe place at the delivery address and provide proof of delivery. Packages will not be left if the courier driver deems there is not a safe place to leave the package. If this occurs, you may receive notification that your package has been dropped off at your local Post Office for collection or returned to us. If re-delivery is required, please note that a re-delivery fee of $14.95 applies.
Incorrect and Incomplete Addresses
If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, we can accept no responsibility for the mistake. If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned to us, we can redeliver however a redelivery fee of $14.95 will be applicable.

Cancelling Orders
If you no longer wish to send your gift, please contact us at support@gifti.com.au or 1300 917 241 within 1 hour of placing the order. Orders are processed quickly and we cannot guarantee to cancel your order without charges once it is already in the process of fulfilment.
If a request to cancel your order is made after your order has been despatched we will contact our couriers to request a return of the item, however please note that this may not be possible. If the item is successfully returned to us this will incur a $14.95 return fee and the remainder of the cost will be refunded to you.

Amending Orders
If you would like to amend your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order – please note our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm AEDT. Orders are processed quickly and we cannot guarantee to make changes to your order without charges once it is already in the process of fulfilment.
If your order was placed outside of business hours, please email support@gifti.com.au and our customer service team will be in contact with you on opening on the next business day.
